Do not order from them. Wrong advertisement, listed the gown with logo but I saw the actual gown they give parents had no logo and were very cheap cap and gown that you can buy for $15-20 instead of renting it for $100!!! Paid about $100 for a rental of my son's graduation's cap and gown. Contacted them for a refund in feb or march prior to graduation when covid19 hit and the graduation got canceled but they did not refund me. Never received the items. We picked up my son's diploma in a drive through from school. They stole our money with no item and no graduation. How could these people sleep at night?

When I ordered my cap and gown, I was promised the cap and gown that my school always receives. It’s usually a nice quality, thicker material and well worth the money. When I went and picked up my cap and gown I received a blue sheet that was no where near the quality that I had paid for. No where was it stated that I was not going to receive the gown I had paid for and honestly I am very upset. All I want is the gown I signed and paid for or given my money back completely.

While I understand this epidemic has called for “special circumstances “ to be put into place (And I do not need Herff Jones to explain this to me once again) We paid what I thought was a lot of money already to rent our normal, very nice cap and gown for graduation. When we received the cap and gown the gown is not worth 20 bucks and looks like it came from Oriental trading for a kindergarten graduation. This IS NOT what we paid for. And we are told we will not be getting any kind of refund towards what we received.
