Hathaway Farmers insurance is the most kindest, trusted, and fast responsive insurance group I had so far! Usually insurance are nice until they have you in their system but these guys will call you to make everything is okay or any other questions or concerns they might have. If you are from a international background I would highly recommend this place as well, because they take their time to explain anything that is unsure with a smile! It is always a pleasure speaking with them on the phone or in person (pre-Covid-19). So, what are you waiting for? Call them up! You will understand why they have the high rating for a reason!

Farmers Insurance – The Hathaway Agency is phenomenal. My experience with this agency has been AMAZING from Day 1. These agents really care about you as a customer and treat you as if you are a part of an extended family. They are very attentive to your needs; they respond to your questions and concerns immediately and are knowledgeable about the business. Even during this COVID-19 pandemic, they have never dropped the ball. I have personally been working with Linda Byrd (Customer Service and Sales Representative) the last few weeks on several things, and Linda is the TRUE DEFINITION OF AWESOME! Again, Farmers Insurance – The Hathaway Agency is the best provider I have had in a long time. Kudos to the entire Team!
