I have worked with Rick and his team for close to a decade. Jake has always been incredibly helpful and patient. He has an eye for detail and an ability to understand what exactly is needed. I just closed on my second home and I could not have done it without Jake and his team. In a world where personal touch has been lost Statefarm goes above and beyond to treat me like a friend and not just a customer.

I recently made the jump to State Farm when they offered a much better rate for home and auto than my previous carrier. Since then, my agent, Jeff, and his support team have been outstanding. While I was looking for a new vehicle Jeff was very responsive with information on what my rates would be for different vehicles which was crucial while shopping. Thanks to the entire team for helping make the change over and new vehicle purchase process painless!

I had been with you guys for years, and left because of an expensive policy. After 6 months with my new provider Ryan got in touch with me and told me y’all could now compete and offered me a much better rate than I had previously. He was patient and very helpful in making the perfect policy for me and covering all of the different options I could have gone with. Now I have better coverage for less money, and I didn’t even have to interrupt my work schedule to meet in person. Ryan was awesome, very fun and friendly it made the whole process even better!

Just switched over to State Farm and the transition was made seamless through Rick's Office. Our Multi-Line Consultant was Jonathon McKibben and we cannot say enough about how helpful he was. The entire process was quick and easy. We shopped around beforehand and the difference was night and day. If you want someone who knows what they are talking about and how to convey it simply, Jonathon is your guy. Would recommend; 10/10.

Jeff Harwell is a pleasure to work with! He is knowledgeable and listens to what you and your family needs. He was able to increase my coverage for a reasonable rate and now I know I am protected if anything should happen. He seemed to truly care about his clients.
