It's a very nice and updated facility that works quite efficiently. Just about any basic procedure you need can be handled here. It's convenient to go in to see a doctor, head down for blood work, get an x-ray, and leave with a prescription all in the same day in the matter of a couple of hours. Records requests can sometimes take a while, however. Also, most of the doctors I've visited have been excellent, but a few have been bad apples.
Doctors are attentive and professional. Out of pocket expenses have been very reasonable. I have been very happy with the service and the people here. Most services are in one location which is very convenient.
3 stars because you have to deal with so many different doctors and they never seem to be on the same page. They never read your charts throughly before seeing you. They guess and don’t get to the root of your health issues. I’ve had to pay copays too see a doctor which turned out to be a 5 min conversation and it could’ve easily been phone a video call. It’s like they play hot potato with your health and can’t wait to throw the issue to the next doctor. I will be leaving kaiser, as soon as i can switch insurance. I miss having a doctor who keeps you updated and informed on you’re best options when it comes to health.
Every time I have to come here my experience is even worst than the last time. I would say I’m extremely disappointed, but I have learned to expect nothing more than a day-ruining experience every time. I would absolutely Not Recommend this to Anyone Ever, unless you enjoy wasting at least 45 minutes of your time and being talked down to with an attitude. Nothing else has ever compelled me to write a negative review, but if I could have never joined Kaiser, my life would be significantly better. Its obvious the employees hate being here just as much as I do. *Edit: I recently took out the most brutal parts of this review, but forgot to mention that they have repeatedly called me first thing in the morning and woke me up with completely non-urgent things so many times that I have to block the numbers. Please do not contact me again.
Horrible !!!! The nurses are awesome but doctors have no consideration!!! I waited 50 min after the nurse check my 1 yr olds weight and stuff , and still the doctor was still nowhere to be found. I left the because my son was getting fussy from waiting in that small room. When I opened the door to leave , there were about 3-4 doctors talking outside . And one of them didn’t even know which room or which patient they were going to see !! Just horrible !! We are switching to a different Pedia for this reason!
