I had a 1:30 Covid-19 test scheduled I arrived at 1:20 and I'm still waiting at 2:20 I don't understand why I have seen people arrived after myself and are gone already . So my advice to anyone who doesn't have to come here please go elsewhere. They don't respect anyone's time . I really want to know how long of a process is the covid-19 test.

It's been 2 hours and I'm still waiting. I am here for a follow up appointment for my daughter. Just having a bandage removed. It took 30 minutes to check in as their tablet check in system did not accept any clicks, so I spent a half hour pounding at that thing. When I finally brought it to the front desk, she said yeah I heard you having trouble, I know this one is bad... then why give it out for people to use. So my frustration started. Then it took them 35 minutes to call me back. I finally am in an exam room spent 5 minutes answering questions to a snotty PA, who. And now it's been 1 hour sitting in the exam room and I'm still waiting for anyone to come see me. If you need extra time with patients do not book them 15 mins apart if the surgeon knows he spends an hour consulting each one. I'm livid! And even at walk in emergency clinics, I have gotten see faster. If you come here, plan on a 3 hour if not more appointment. I WONT BE BACK... extremely inconsiderate of the patients time and the scheduling is horrible given the wait times. I'm not sure who to blame, the front desk booking back to back appointments or the surgeon who may be giving undivided attention, but at the cost of the following patients time. My baby girl is not even 1 month old and we are freezing in this office, if he doesnt come soon, it will be feeding time and he will have to wait on us!

Since my daughter was born, we've received nothing but amazing care from all of the staff members. They're very responsive & very friendly! I would highly recommend this team from the scheduling dept all the way to the nurses and Dr. Every single one is amazing :) We plan to keep Dr. Robbins through all of our daughters Ped years :)

Not every place is perfect for everyone. Personally, I love this place. The lady at the front desk already so friendly, all the nurses are amazing, and Dr. Robins is absolutely the best.
