Reliable has always been great to use. Very responsive, fast and trustworthy. I had my heat stop working and within 24 hours they were out, on a weekend, and didn’t charge any type of premium. Jacob was great and represents the company very well. Very knowledgeable and identified what to check quickly. I would have paid anything to have the heat back on and was only charged the diagnostic fee since it kicked in with a little cleaning. I’ll always call them now and will ask for Jacob. Thank you Reliable.

Our AC went out in our condo, and the temps were in the upper 80's. We called Reliable, who had done maintenance work on the unit in the past (and warned us that it was 13 years old and ready to quit any time). They sent a quote for a replacement based on our needs, and were able to work with our tenant and the condo management to get the replacement installed in just a few days. The price was reasonable and the communication was excellent. My husband and I are very pleased with the work, and we recommend this company very highly!

The tech came out to repair duct work to a bedroom which isn't getting AC/HEAT. Now it gets a little. Wish it could receive more, the room is VERY HOT!. Guess he did his best. Maybe the system they installed isn't big or strong enough. The tech was very nice & professional, he changed my filter, but didn't check my outside unit at all...I'm leasing my system. They're supposed to come check my system 2x/yr according to my contract, but they only come ONCE/yr. This Company is a good one though, I wouldn't trust anyone else,

We have used reliable heating and air for years and have never had a bad experience with them. Anthony came to our home for our gold package system check up and he did a thorough detailed check. We HIGHLY recommend asking for Anthony! He’s great and couldn’t have asked for a better technician. We’d give him 10 out of 10 stars.

Jacob came to our home today to diagnose the issue with our AC as it hasn’t been functioning properly. He called ahead to give us his arrival time and allowed me to walk along with him so I could learn a few things about the system. Jacob recommended two options to fix it and forwarded our information on to his teammate. Reliable has taken great care of us so far and we look forward to being long term customers!
