Awesome food and they never tell you the ice cream or milkshake machine isn't working... even if the line is wrapped around the building your not going to be sitting that long most days the food is hot and always correct just like you ordered it. Would definitely be my go to for late night food trip

Never had a bad experience here, food is always hot and fresh, and they always include napkins in the bag without you having to ask for some. Today, however, was exceptional. The line moved really fast, the order taker (a man, 4pm today) was extremely pleasant. He said “my pleasure” several times; I was confused, I had to double-check that I was at Cookout and not Chick-Fil-A. He was pleasant at the food window. Asked if I needed any sauces. I said no. He gave me my food. Inside my bag was a Cookout Special Sauce. I didn’t even know Cookout had their own sauce. I used it for my onion rings and it was surprisingly decent. Great service.

This location is usually pretty good. The service was good and it didn't take long. They did go up a little on thwir price, but that's okay. What is not okay is what my tray looked like when I got home to eat it.nnUpdate, I received a free meal card to compensate for being unsatisfied with the last meal. I will be going back, the location is perfect and this was the first time I ever had an issue. Thank you Cook Out for keeping a customer.

It was hot and fresh. Missing a few things on my burger but it was good for the most part. Good quality.

First of all I want to say that they do pretty much only have cookout food. So don't come here expecting any different. Second of all I want to say that I was very impressed with two things. First the food what is much better than what I expected it to be. It tasted fresh and very similar to a cookout you would have at your own home or with family. Sometimes they are short on the sides. The next thing I would like to comment on is the service. All of the employees that I have talked to or have served me have been very polite. Polite and patient usually equals good service and that's what I got. There's a lot of places out there especially today there a lacking on service. But from the drive thru to the pickup window everyone was great. Thank you I will be back.
