I had some issues with my college work study and scholarships so I wanted a pro to do my taxes and my dad had some friends at Nucor that love Craig so we went to him and he seemed extremely helpful during our meeting, answering questions and saying he would take care of everything. He did not and has not and it’s been a year. Our 2018 taxes have never been filed and we have called repeatedly and stopped by the office during business hours and doors are locked. We are going to someone else to try and fix this mess before it screws us completely. DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY DESPITE FRIENDS RECOMMENDATIONS!!

Super good guy! Knows his stuff. Excellent financial advisor AND our tax returns are always far better than anyone else has ever done. ONLY complaint is he can be hard to reach during tax season.

Craig came highly recommended by friends of ours when we were looking for an accountant to help us set up our LLC. As first time business owners, we needed all the help we could get. Two separate times he had to redo it because he couldn’t get the name right, he messed up my personal taxes as well as my daughters but we were able to look passed that. After paying a lot of money to Craig for his services we opened up for business believing everything was on the up and up. Soon after that Craig stopped answering my husbands phone calls and every time he would try to stop by the office, the doors would be locked even though there would be cars in the parking lot. My husband left multiple messages for him never receiving a single call back. Recently we had to go to Logan city to switch our business license over to open a store and in doing so we needed to provide our sales tax number. That is when we learned that our business has never had a sales tax number registered. Now we are having to start this process all over from the start. We learned we are also not the only business he has done this to because the employee at Logan City asked us if we knew how to get in touch with Craig because they have 2 other business owners right now that he has taken money from and never followed through with what he was paid to do. He will not answer any phone calls, and is also hiding from them. This is extremely frustrating. I’ve worked in customer service my entire working life. I understand things happen out of our control. I have never left a bad review for anyone and leaving one now is the last thing I want to be doing. But, we gave this company 1200$ for a job and that job was never done. The very least he could do is come out of hiding and talk to us and the other 2 business owners he has screwed over (that’s only the 2 I know about) I can’t imagine someone staying in business very long when this is how they do business.
