Great staff. Local and family owned, I love giving them my $ vs some huge chain store getting the profits. The quality of the product is superior. Plus the killer whale (blackfish) is my favorite animal, lol. I highly recommend this place.
We just happened upon this place while checking out the Racetrack. Walked in, and the owner took us for a tour of their setup. After the tour, we spent close to an hour talking about distilling, alcohol, and whatnot, while tasting anything we wanted to.nnIt's a small craft distillery, family run, and they concentrate on quality, not quantity. The people are great, friendly, and very open to questions. We walked away with a Vodka, Whiskey, and Blackberry liquor. Excellent place, can't wait to go back and chat again, and taste!nnDo yourself a favor and drop by, you won't be sorry!
This family owned and operated distillery is full of life and rich with passion! It is easy to see they love what they do. The care and attention to detail comes through with each spirit they have distilled. Try the rhubarb liquor over strawberry ice cream. The gin (the 3 I tried) were all refined, well balanced, and complex! Well done!
Friendly staff who walked us through the processes and stories of the liquor we sampled. Will definitely return.
