The manager, Haley Woods, is the most disrespectful food service worker I have ever encountered. She is hateful to customers and staff alike. I do not recommend this place until management makes a change.

I stopped there in March 4th about 6:00 pm. Ordered and the order was wrong for what I requested. The chicken tasted old had a green look to it on bottom where rib breast bones were. Biscuits tasted like yesterday’s biscuits. I love jacks but will never go to this Summerville location again.

They have the best chicken tenders. Their fried chicken and burgers are good as well. And love the hand dipped ice cream

The food was good but the inside could have been cleaner. The floors were fairly dirty both in the dining area and in the kitchen.

The food is amazing, especially breakfast! You will not be disappointed if you're a fan of biscuits n gravy!! Clean environment and friendly staff.
