Good Southern fare. The greens and veggie soup were really good. The fried shrimp and fried chicken are crispy, though a little too salty for me. Only one dessert choice today, a drab piece of spice cake. Wish I'd left it on the shelf. On other visits, it has been better. Staff are really friendly. Only one staff person wearing a mask. Only a couple of customers wearing one.
Got the best omelette ever! Where else can you get hashbrowns, coffee and a 3 egg omelette and Bacon for $ 7.50. Love the friendly waitresses and staff❤
This place is always great. We eat here almost every sunday after church and the food is never disappointing. The staff is always so friendly and very quick to keep your drinks filled and the family happy.
The food was ok. It's usually the same except Fridays. Not many people were there. The only 2 things I gave 3 stars for was the condiments on the table and sanitizing between guests. At my restaurant no condiments are on the table until guest arrive and then they are taken away after they leave and sanitized. Two, we were greeted, server brought drinks and that was the last time we seen anyone at our table until we checked out at the register. Usually a laid back atmosphere and it is a buffet.
Delicious! I ordered the kids burger. I thought they'd made a mistake because it was so big, but no it was for kids. The fried chicken was not hot from the bar but the waitress took great care of us. I would recommend you try this homestyle down-home restaurant.
