I had a claim on 12/26. It took 2 weeks for Adjuster to arrive. He had a negative attitude. Told me it wasn’t from my roof. Roof inspection confirmed the leak. Then he sent my claim check to the wrong address after it was confirmed. My house is still half ripped up. Still no claim money and it’s been a month. I’ve paid premiums for 20 years and have been treated so terribly by a company. I’m 64 and on fixed income.
They can’t even answer a phone call so how they selling insurance..
