I joined state farm three months ago after my previous insurance company changed the terms of my coverage. I looked up on Google for state farm and Brian Harris is the only branch that picked up the call. Tia was so helpful,explained everything to do with insurance over the phone plus how to switch and I switched to statefarm same day. Thank you Tia and kudos to Brian Harris branch for the good work. So far so good and I'm happy I switched.

The staff at Brian Harris State Farm are exceptional. They provide top notch customer service with a neighborhood feel. Whenever I need something, I always feel like they know who I am personally; not just another call on a recorded customer service line. They always provide me with options and allow me to make the decision that is right for me! I highly recommend Brian Harris State Farm!! Tia and Jay are the best!

I’ve been with State Farm since I’ve owned my first home. But having a home office with personal service is great!! Having Tia answer questions and take on a matter one on one with me and see it through to the end was amazing customers service!! No matter what my needs I can count on State Farm to make sure I have the right coverage and at an affordable rate.

Brian Harris' agency was recommended by a friend and I worked with Tia in their office. She was prompt with the quote as well as paperwork processing. Calls were answered / returned immediately. Tia urged me to look at the insurance quote details and ensured that all my questions were answered before processing the paperwork.

I have worked with this office for a long time. Brian purchased the company when my previous agent retired. I like State Farm because every time I've needed to make a claim , the claims department is easy to work with and I can call them directly. The only downside I can report is about is his staff. When I call, I am placed on hold numerous times because the assistant cannot answer my question directly, they need help. And rarely do you ever talk to Brian. I believe it is like this for most insurance companies, but when I had a complicated policy split/transfer the communication was awful.
