Due to the covid pandemic. My work hours have been erratic to say the least. Last month I didnt quite have enough money to afford my utilities. I reached out like they said I could and asked for help. They agreed, and sent me a form to sign. Upon signing the form to say my payment date was change to add a couple days. They took the full payment out anyway. Took all my money, and refused to help in anyway. This month without even telling me my bill was ready to pay, they just took the money out of my account again. Now I'm in need negatives, owe overdraft fees, and am not able to afford even the gas I need to make it to work, just so all this can happen again. Really wish I could go through another company for these services. One you know? With less snakes ready to lie and steal at the first chance they get.
