Speech impediment customer Ordered a delivery pizza, I was advised that I could not substitute toppings, which was fine.,as I was speaking with Bailey whom stated she is the mgr. Bailey asked did I want her to hang up the phone stating I called her the b word .. I stated “no ma’am I would never call anyone that, nor use that word towards anyone, she stated “I THOUGHT that’s what you called me. Bailey apologized, but that was VERY rude and I was convinced by her tone she was unapologetically sorry. I asked Bailey whose her supervisor, she stated Ray, but refused to give me Rays contact number. NEVER WILL I ORDER PAPA JOHNS AGAIN (until Bailey is reprimanded for her actions)!!!! I will be contacting Corporate as well about this issue.

Delivered an extra pizza by mistake with several other items. To prevent the driver an unnecessary trip I called the store to be a responsible polite consumer. They informed me they were sending the delivery driver back out to get the pizza. Bad customer service. Deters honesty and it makes a customer doubt the integrity of the business as their sanitary measures are concerned . Not entirely certain if they may not have delivered this pizza to the customer it was originally intended for if I had agreed to let them come back for it and with COVID-19 that is not a very comforting thought. I’m not at all the person that writes complaints this is one of several bad experiences with this establishment and that is sad because it isn’t that hard to be polite taking an order and deliver it. I am not that hard to please.

Senior citizens are discriminated against because if you're old and can't figure out the online orderingnmaze you can't order any specials or deals by calling in your order.nLooks like they could help old people a little. They will be old one day.

Last night I order a pizza it wasn’t cooked long another and they put it on thin crust like they rush to cooked cause it was closing time but in that case u shouldn’t let people placed a order but it not good like it use I called in to report and they was closed and pay almost $20 dollar for one pizza small that too much for it not to be good
