I am so disappointed. I drove across town last night for some cookout and they were really rude to me, rushing me while I was ordering a good bit of food for 5 people. I got home, several items were missing from my order that I was charged for, they did not give me a receipt (once again) and i personally ordered a big double burger and I took a picture of the most disappointing hamburger in the world. I'll probably never eat here again, I even thought about driving back to get it fixed but I dont think their customer service would have done anything about it except be snappy to me.

I love cookout and they always have great food! If you are from out of state where they don’t have a cookout, I 100% would recommend you stop in! It’s REALLY affordable and you get A LOT of food. I’m a big guy and I feel more than satisfied with a $6 food tray.nThis specific location seems to overcook their burgers and the patties tend to be dry on the big double burger. But I would still totally recommend trying everything!

This location used to be absolutely perfect. But in recent months and probably over the past year the service has gone down considerably. Most times the second drive-thru isn't even open either causing long lines.nnAnd just to update this review. Yet again why have a second drive through if you're going to ignore it. Three other cars got waited on in the left drive-thru. While we sat in the right one, ended up driving around just to get the left lane, not sure why we keep coming back here....

I have never had a good experience at this Cookout. The workers look like they hate their lives, the food has no flavor, and even though Cookout is described as cheap, it really isn't. The only reason to go to Cookout is because it closes after everything else. And even then, that stale back of opened chips in the bag of your pantry is probably a better bet as far as eating experiences go.
