I love the food so 5 stars :) I think it's just that the first time I ever went in was only a week ago or so and I just really wanted my cup for my drink while I was waiting on my order. It was probably a really busy day there and I was in a bad mood too xD I love your drink machines too, they're very neat and I love the options. Thank you for caring and asking me how it could be better. That alone means a lot to me. :)

Service and quality has gone way down the past few months. Used to be much better. Will take my business elsewhere until they can get back to the Zaxby's quality v

Very very bad. I called my order in at 12:35pm arrived at Zaxbys and paid for my order at 12:41pm. Price around $35.00 Many other people came in and got their orders before me and another lady who waited 40 minutes. After the crowed emptied out my order finally got made. Around 1:22 pm I got my order but they keep my receipt. I was not the only disappointed customer. All they offered me was a brownie for my trouble. Won't be back for a long time. Plus they said a manager was going to email me my receipt. Never got it. Very un professional today. A manager never came out to talk to any of us.

I really like Zaxby’s food but the service the last few times I have visited has been a terrible experience. If you don’t check to make sure your order is correct before leaving the drive thru you will be very disappointed when you get ready to eat your meal. I don not visit Zaxby’s as often as I use to due to these following reason... missing food, cold food, incorrect meal all together, staff playing and chatting with each other over your food, soggy fries, etc. I could go on and on. Normally I would not leave a review like this but when I had to drive back to the restaurant wait another 20 minutes on my correct order while watching other customers bring in orders that were missing items I felt the need to say something. After waiting again on my order to be corrected I asked the Assistant manager for the store manager’s name I was told that he was the manager and I could clearly read his name tag said assistant manager. I hope things change around for Zaxby’s in Milledgeville soon because the service has REALLY gone down tremendously. On a good note the young lady in the drive thru was very polite and friendly.
