Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a nicely structured exhibit area added to the pleasure of encountering a number of unusual specimens. In addition to tarantulas and brightly-colored beetles, the large leaf eaters and walking sticks were a real attraction for us. The giant centipede certainly got our attention!

I really miss the young lady who volunteers here sometimes, "Cecilia". She is very knowledgeable about bugs. She's also a very sweet person. 😊

I got to shake hands with a Tarantula and see many amazing anthropods from around the world!

My two sons really enjoyed seeing the rare insects and spiders. Great two story building, with lots to explore.

As long as you don't have bug phobias, this is a great place. The leaf cutter and, the giant cockroaches, the many stick insects--this was much better than I expected.
