I felt like Doug was not diligent at all when finding me a policy when I closed on my home. I ended up getting dropped by the carrier only a few months in because my property was ineligible for the policy. This has cost me a great deal of time and money.nnEdit due to response from business: When I spoke with the carrier's customer service, the customer service representative cited information from the 4 point inspection report as the reason for cancelation. The 4 point inspection report was provided before my home was even purchased, it was not new information and the carrier did not ever come to do their own inspection in my home. Again, I do not feel like this agent or the carrier were diligent in reviewing the information they had upfront.
