Recently did a closing at this title company and it was such a smooth process. Buying a house is usually complicated but Innovative Title did a great job getting everything ready in time for the closing. They always kept us in the loop and provided status updates. Mark and his team are second to none. I dealt with a complicated closing and Mark was extremely professional throughout and was a voice of calm throughout the process. Him and his team were always on the ball and in fact they were ahead of the ball at all times. He is a workhorse and responded to all issues that came up even on the weekends!
