My husband and I had the pleasure to use Heritage Title & Escrow for a land purchase where we will be building our future forever home. My husband found Dan to be extremely professional and knowledgeable as we had some questions regarding the survey and whether we were allowing an easement on the property with what appeared to be an encroachment by a fence. We found it further helpful and re-assuring that the sister company to Heritage Title & Escrow, is in fact, a law firm, and Attorney Sonia Bosinger was able to answer all the legal questions we had in this regard. Our closing was flawless and Amy, in their office, went above any beyond the call of duty by assisting the seller, who was a very elderly lady who lived in Texas having trouble with modern day technology. Amy was pleasant, patient and waited on the telephone with the seller, so our closing date would go through and for this we are so very thankful for the humanity shown to others and making our dream come true.
