Hands down, ask for Raul!! I came in to get vinyl flooring for my new condo and he helped me find the perfect color at a great price. He made the experience great and was very professional. Our contractor recommended us to lumber liquidators and now I’ll recommend Raul! The store was clean and had many options to choose from at great rates. Will definitely come back for any flooring needs!
Anthony and Raul know what customer service is all about! They helped me pick the perfect floors for my home (which were very reasonably priced by the way) and made the delivery process a breeze. I shopped around at a few places before I made the decision to get my vinyl floors from them. What sealed the deal for me deciding to go with Lumber Liquidators was their professionalism, attention, and constant communication. Now I have the most beautiful waterproof vinyl flooring throughout my home, I paid less than I would have paid elsewhere, and I was able to return my unused flooring without any headaches. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for a positive experience and high quality floors!
I cannot say enough about this place! We bought the floors we were looking for at a great price! Customer service is impeccable! We ordered around Christmas time so it was made clear to us during the holidays we would be waiting 10-14 days for delivery which was accurate. Anthony kept us updated about everything and any time we had a question he picked up our call and we had a lot of questions a lot of times and never once felt like he gave us a run around! He was very knowledgeable in everything and will forever recommend
My husband and I had gone to several locations pricing Vinyl Planks and came across Anthony at Lumber Liquidators Store #406 Altamonte Springs. This gentleman was very knowledgeable and compassionate when it came to answering all of our questions. He took the time to assist with which products would be best for our home makeover. He made us feel extremely comfortable with our purchase. We went to Lumber Liquidator to shop for engineered hardwood floors . My wife and I are very impressed with the staff especially Brianna and Raul who assisted us with our selection and what we need for the project. They are very nice, courteous and knowledgeable of the products. The store is so organized, and has a lot of samples to choose from,nicely displayed. A very stress free shopping , an enjoyable experience.nWe are highly recommending your store to everyone!
