Re-Bath Orlando

Had a tub to shower conversion and a new counter and sink in the master bath. Right from the beginning starting with the sales rep. Dawn and the install from Mel, We are very happy and love our new bathroom.nDawn Helped us pick out our shower decor and fixtures, vanity counter, and sink. Mel was an excellent craftsman and did a great job. The whole job was done in 3 days, we are still waiting for a handheld shower head with a pause button that's on order. But don't see any problem.nI would recommend Re-bath to any of my friends or neighbors.nnFrank and Jeanne

1st off Joseph was Awesome very Professional and respectful of our home. He came to measure and he talked with my wife and showed her different models. She found the one she liked and he also sent me pics so I could see as I wasn't home that day. When he came to install he was super respectful not to brjng dirty or dirty our home. The work he did was without a doubt topnotch. I would definitely recommend them.

High lack of communication between sales and construction folks. Sales told me there would be no cutting into the foundation, but once I heard the jack hammer it was too late. I can now expect over time a crack through the foundation that will result in cracked floor tile. I'm sure Re-Bath will not cover this.nI explained to Sales I wanted the tub and shower done first, then after the Holidays to come back and complete the rest. I called after the Holidays and was told the job would have to include a wet area (tub or shower) for them to accept. I explained and was told a construction manager would contact me, which never happened. I called back and still never received a return call. I felt put out and ignored.

I had my bathtub taken out and replaced with a shower.. The consultant was professional and help me choice from mutiple sample, made it so easy. The installer was punctual, cleaned up after himself and did an excellent job in 2 days. My new shower is beautiful and so glad I chose Re-Bath.

My wife and I decided it was time (after 19 years) to remodel our master bath.nWhen we built the house, garden tubs were in. We never used it and it took up a lot of space. Since we have a normal tub in another bath, we decided to get rid of it.nWe decided to contact Rebath of Orlando to get a quote on the work we wanted done.nDawn, our sales consultant was fantastic. She was very easy to work with and at no time did we feel pressured into doing something.nHer knowledge helped us a great deal to layout what we thought would be our ideal master bath.nOur contract was signed, and the work was scheduled.nReBath estimated it would take two weeks to complete our project, which included demo of the existing shower and garden tub and completely rebuilding a new shower, plumbing rerouting, drywall and tiling.nMike, was our installer. He (as my wife said) is an artist. His work ethic is the very best. His knowledge of all the various construction methods used to create our spa type shower was exemplary. Our experience with his work could not have been better. He takes real pride in his work and made several suggestions for details as the project came together. His skill created a shower area that was WAY beyond what we had envisioned.nWe highly recommend ReBath to anyone who is considering remodeling their bath. Our project could not have gone better. We are extremely happy with everything that ReBath created for us.
