Friendly service but I have found other alternatives.
Went to the bank and the assistant manger Denisse and the manger Juana were HORRIBLE! I over heard them talking badly about a customer/customers that had went to the branch a previous day. Very disappointed in Zions bank. They need to watch what they, Spanish or English.
I love banking at all the other branches in my area. The tellers at this branch however are rude and incapable of making basic transactions. I said I’d never go back after one experience but went again months later out of convenience and left frustrated without making a simple deposit. Crazy how different this branch is run than the others.
Slow EVERYTHING. WORST BANK I HAVE EVER BEEN WITH! Even the mobile app is messed up!!!!!
