Girl in there was talking to me like I'm 5 and wasn't helpful at all. Switching everything to chase
Worked with Jonathan from the providence branch on a auto loan. Was very disappointed with his lack of communication and customer service. I have liked previous loan officers from USU credit union that I have worked with but felt Jonathan was very unprofessional and showed lack of care if I got the loan or not.
I went here to get an estimate for a mortgage and they had a good rate and were very friendly in the moment, but as soon as I left, that all changed. They no longer seem like they care or know who I am. The experience was the exact opposite with Guild Mortgage which is why I decided to go with them instead, even though the rate was higher.
I went in to open an account. Katie and Cassie were very courteous and helpful. It was great to deal with people who were able not only to go through the motions, but explain the requirements and the process. Opening an account was much easier than I though ti would be.
This is a great branch! The staff is friendly, well trained, and reliable. They always go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
