Just for the sake of it, they took away $400 from our security deposit citing frivolous reasons. Then, they took more than 6 weeks to return our security deposit. Sent it to the wrong address. Absolutely unprofessional service and response to requests.

I spent $5-$6 on a coffee every morning for 2 years at the SeaTac Big Foot Java owned by this business. On Friday June 9, 2017 I stopped in to get a coffee and as I sat parked at the window to place my order I heard a BANG. The girls who work there left the huge display case door open, and it had swung into my 2015 pick up, leaving two deep scratches down to the metal of my truck. The girls were apologetic and offered me free coffee to remedy the situation (I declined). I could not believe it. I asked for the manager or owners phone number and they said they weren't allowed to hand it out. So I left my contact information, took photos and videos and went back to work to search for corporate contact information to file a property damage claim. The shift manager called me a short while later and again offered me free drinks as a remedy, I again declined and told her I wanted the damage to my truck repaired. After emailing Trimark I received a call from Alejandra who identified herself as their risk management person. She told me verbatim that all I needed to do was get an estimate for repairs and they would either cut me a check or pay the collision company directly. I obtained an estimate for repairs from a reputable collision center and sent it to Alejandra on June 13, 2017. On June 19, 2017 I followed up with Alejandra because she had not stayed in contact as promised and I had not heard anything regarding my claim. Alejandra told me she only works in the office on Mondays (in the field the rest of the week) and that she had not had time to do anything with my claim but she was meeting with her manager to discuss it later that day. I expressed frustration at the lack of service or attention she was giving this matter and she promised to get it handled ASAP. On June 22, 2017 I still had no word from Alejandra so I followed up with her AGAIN to ask for an update. She called me to tell me they were not going to pay the claim and that the damage could not have occurred at their shop. THREE employees witnessed the damage. I have photo and video evidence, and NO ONE from Trimark or Big Foot Java or their insurance ever even LOOKED at my vehicle. I am in the process of filling a civil lawsuit and I will seek punitive damages. This is an organization full of liars and crooks. I wish I had never spent a dollar at Big Foot Java and I will never patronize any business associated with them or Trimark Property Group. Did I mention I am manage risk management for a living? It is so easy and simple to choose to do the right thing. This is an organization that does the wrong thing, with negligence and malice. I will make them regret their decision not to settle my claim and repair my vehicle outside of legal action.
