I recently had them come out to my property to exterminate bed bugs. I was pleased with the results from that process. Very professional and courteous to a consumers need. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who needs help with bed bugs in a timely fashion.

I highly recommend IBBA. They are very professional and gets the job done. You definitely get what you pay for. Unfortunately this issue entered my home and took over and drove our family crazy. They are super helpful and took care of the problem in 1 day. I couldn’t be happier!

They did a great job of calming my wife down and solving this terrible problem. The technician went through all the information and what to expect. It was very discreet and solved the problem in 1 day. Have not seen a bug since & my wife is sleeping again. Would highly recommend.

I never in my life thought that I would get bed bugs!! A friend got them at his house and it was horrific to me. He called one of the lead pest control companies in the industry. He threw away many items, furniture, etc... he paid a lot of money and they did not get rid of them. I don’t know what they did but it didn’t work. Meanwhile I had brought them to my home. I was horrified again!!! They are horrible. You lose sleep. Just awful. Anyways I called IBBA. I found them on google. Their team came over and did an inspection. I didn’t have to throw anything away. The prep work was not that hard. They came and did the heat method Thing and came back a few days later and treated the baseboards etc with whatever they use. I haven’t seen any since. I am so happy. I Can sleep. I will have them come in quarterly to treat the home maybe for a year or so. I’m just so scared of them coming back. I choose prevention for now as well. Anyways. If you ever have the misfortune of getting these demon bugs you will know how desperate a situation it is. The staff was very understanding and kind as was the technician who came to my house. Oh btw. My friend is going to call IBBA to treat his home since they are still there.
