Jenni Smallwood is the best insurance broker I have ever dealt with & I have worked with a lot of people over the years. I wish I could give her 10 stars. I’m a real estate investor & I have needed about 5 separate policies in the last 3 months & she has treated me & my needs as though I was her own family. I haven’t even given her what most people would consider ‘great’ business, as some of my policies were very short term to get me through till my properties have sold. She is extremely responsive in answering emails & phone calls & she searches high & low to get me the best rates with the best coverage. She has earned my business for life & I highly recommend anyone to trust Jenni with their insurance needs.

The agent, Jenni Myatt, was very thorough with explaining our coverage and Quote. The website in which we first acquired the quote was self explanatory and quick. After contacting Jenni, and talking with Her on the phone. I explained to Her that I was going overseas, and that I would like to talk to Her when I came back, she asked when I would return, and said would you like to make it a few days after I returned, because of the Jet lag.nI appreciated her courtesy. I really don't think I have to tout her ability as an agent, nor Her professional attitude.
