The onset of our business relationship with Tony Landi and First United Methodist Church involved our switch to a new insurance company. Things got off to a rough start, including issues with getting insurance cards and problems with lost deposit checks. However, Tony was always available and helped resolve issues for the disgruntled employees. After those issues were resolved we have received nothing but excellent and personal service from Tony. He always makes himself available to the employees or their doctors, if and when necessary. He took the time to come in and go over the insurance in detail with our new Business Administrator and Tony is always responsive via email or telephone.

Tony Landi of Landi & Associates, Inc. has helped our medical practice, Bay Area Medical Clinic, for several years with our employee health insurance and has offered other various services with a quick response. Tony is very knowledgeable with health, property and individual insurance plans and is NOT a high pressure salesman! I highly recommend doing business with this company.

This is apparently an agency of VERY low character & integrity, as after having business insurance for 15 months with Landi & never missing a payment I had to close my doors. Even after calling my agent, Doug Cassidy, & sending him the requested information needed, I continued to be billed for coverage after my business was closed. After repeated efforts to stop the billing & after just 2 months they turned the billing over to collections! On coverage that was not even mandatory & after the doors were closed & the building was vacated!nMy advice?... there are many other agents around NPR that I am sure have more integrity. Good luck.
