I have been to a few tile stores before i went to USA TILE & MARBLE in North Palm. Once i entered the beautiful & clean showroom i was greeted by one of there designers named Claudia, I was so impressed with there selection in tiles. They have so many beautiful , and different tiles that there competition doesn't have. Claudia helped me choose the perfect back splash for our new kitchen. She answered all my questions, and was very polite & professional. Pricing was given to me once i asked. It was a pleasure working with her, and because of her i will be back for all our needs. . I recommend USA TILE & MARBLE in North Palm. thanks Claudia!!!!
We absolutely loved the store and we were very excited to shop local for our home that has been currently renovated from top to bottom. We went in the store and they had a large selection of tiles and none had prices. We met a very sweet sales person that promised to send us an email with prices of all items that we liked and she recommended that we go across the walkway and check out the appliances store. We went there and we purchased all brand new appliances for our home. Few days later we went back to the tile store to view again what they had and the sale person said that she is working on the prices and she will be emailing us everything that afternoon. We even took tiles from her store and brought them to the appliances store to make sure they will match. As of this day month and a half later we never received a single email or a price for any of the selected tiles that we had. It's sad when a sales person misses a sale. Our business went to another place and we have been local for many years. We work in customer service ourselves and we would never send any referrals to that store. Love, One Ready To Buy Client!
