GREAT HONEST DISCLOSURE ON THERE POLICY. GOOD BANK VERY SECURE. PEOPLE HERE ARE CURTIOUS KIND FRIENDLY WILL TELL YOU WHERE TO GO IF THEY DON'T OFFER A CERTAIN SERVICE YOU NEED THEY NEVER LIE. Over all, I'm happy banking with Chase. However, if I based my experience off of this branch alone I would bank elsewhere. The staff isn't properly trained and have made several errors that I've had to correct in the past. Today I showed up an hour before they closed. They were fully staffed with three tellers and a long line. Instead of demonstrating good customer service, two of the tellers went home and said "bye" to everybody and "good luck" to the one teller they left. I was third in line, waited over 30 minutes before I had to leave because I was going to be late for my appointment.
Every single time I visit this branch the staff is quick to push the atm outside the office. More than once this has happened when there are no other customers waiting. I’m not sure why they’re so eager to hand their jobs over to a machine, but they always treat customers like they are unimportant. So tired of walking in only to essentially be told to leave.
This was an over the phone interaction; I called the Logan branch and asked about a couple fees that were hitting my account and they fixed the fees without any hassle! I called 3 other chase banks prior to this one, to get help with this problem and I repeatedly got transferred without getting a hold of anyone. This is the second time the Logan branch has helped me with a problem, while providing me hassle free over the phone service. Thank you, I will strongly recommend this branch in the future.
