My father has ordered medication and asked for generic. when his aid pics it up, they have given him name brand at 5 times the price and refuse to return it unopened. This has happened twice at a 300$ loss.

At least for the pharmacy it’s horrible, there’s a young woman there who was rude and tried to make me feel like an idiot when I asked a simple question. You can answer me without sass. All I wanted to know if the eye drops they gave me were for the ears because it said eyes only and on the directions it said four drops in the ear. I was confused and worried and asked if there was a mistake, but what I got back as an answer was “I went to school for four years I know what I’m doing” okay but you could’ve just been nicer about it. Now, I wouldn’t have written this out if it was just that but the problem here is that when I got the drops there was no way to actually insert it, it spilled everywhere and instead of going back to the pharmacist to see if they could help me I decided not to deal with her attitude. Which is sad because you wouldn’t want to feel that way about someone giving you medicine. Overall get your prescription medications somewhere else.

My insurance changed and blue cross not contracted with cvs. I miss cvs this staff is the best in south Florida
