a prescription was accidentally sent to #CVS so i tried calling @3:59p(Eastern)&after being hung up on twice I got into my car&drove while still on hold for the 3rd time&getting told the mgr was a different person who actually directed me to the mgr @5:10p i finally got my script released ...nnif you ever have a choice I recommend NEVER EVER use any CVS anywhere in the USAnnNow im on hold with #corporate with supposed #supervidor after 25 minutes on the phone they never asked what location I had the issue with...I had to ask if they wanted the info so it also shows they weren't even going to look into the issuenI recommend to anyone that reads this NOT to use CVS for any reasonnnThe location I was dealing with is:n7665 W.
