Alex was very knowledgeable and explained the different attributes and I can better understand the difference between buying from a store like Dan's and Lowe's. I think I expected a bigger selection of styles and in fairness there were a lot, just a perception I think of a dedicated store. Of course, since the products are stronger, they cost more. Though it is fair, I now have to find money for these unexpected cost. Bottom line, if we come up with the money and find the style we like, I would go back to Dan's.

We have been purchasing fans from Dan's Fan City since the mid 80's when we lived in Miami. Now living in Central Florida, they are still our go to store for fans. We recently purchased a fan from the Ocoee store and had a small issue with it. Their customer service was amazing, and very quickly our issue was resolved. Never any questions, they just wanted to make it right. A shout out to Alex who sold us the fan and also assisted with our small issue. If you are in need of a ceiling fan, this is the place to go.
