I had procrastinated putting in LVP flooring because I was so overwhelmed with all the options, I didn’t even know where to start. After several neighbors recommended PCM Floors, I met with Cynthia and Pablo at their showroom and after a detailed description of flooring strength and durability and just a few simple questions regarding style preference, I found the perfect one. We feel like we moved into a new house, we are so happy with our floors!

Cynthia, Pablo and their crew are absolutely amazing to work with! We moved into a foreclosure and the bank had put down the cheapest carpet, we left it and 5 years later we were hating it so much! Cynthia came to the house with her samples and made it so easy for us! Can’t wait for their new showroom to open! Highly recommend!

We recently expanded our patio and needed outdoor carpet. I’m so happy we found this great local, family-run business! Cynthia and Pablo were so easy to work with and stayed in constant communication throughout the whole process. Pablo and his crew worked tirelessly to demo the existing flooring and stayed well past dark to finish the job. We are so happy with the finished product and would highly recommend them! They’ll be our first call if we ever do any additional flooring projects!

Cynthia, Pablo and crew did an incredible job replacing the laminate, ceramic and carpet flooring throughout our home. We received estimates from the big box retailers however, for a job this size we wanted to meet and get to know the company and their installers. That wasn’t possible with the other guys and watch out for all the cost add-ons buried within their disclaimers and fine print.nnPablo & Cynthia came to our home on multiple occasions bringing samples and discussing the details and timing of the project. When we received their estimate we were pleasantly surprised and it made the decision easy. A project time-line was created and they completed the work on time and on budget. We would highly recommend them to our family, friends and neighbors.
