Great bank. Today I spent close to 30 minutes waiting my turn in the drive through. I don't want to take that much time out of my day for a simple banking transaction.
Poor communication. Over promise and under deliver. I would stay away from banking here.
OUTSTANDING customer service! It is a TRUE community bank that understands business and providing great solutions for financing and deposit needs. Not only am I able to access loans with competitive rates and terms, but their online/mobile banking capabilities make it easy to do business with them. If I do need to visit a branch, I love the hometown, family feeling I get when dealing with the employees. A simply AWESOME community banking experience!
Nish Modi was as professional a banker as I have ever dealt with. Precise, to the point, efficient, and trusting. He did what he said he would do and did it quickly. When dealing with the loan department at CVB...ask for Nish!
Cache Valley Bank has become such a valuable partner to us in our business. They have come through time and time again.
