Publix Super Market at Miller Road Shopping Center

This is my go to Publix because it’s literally 2 minutes away, I never had any issues here until these last few days that I’ve been going to the deli, I’m 1 out of the 100 people who get a sub-salad I had an issue 1 time that I decided to leave alone because the deli manager yoselin was very kind and understanding and helped me out for the bad quality service in the deli. It also happened today, I asked for a salad and from the start in her face she seemed as if she didn’t want to do it her name is Maria. She said she hadn’t done it in a long time that was her excuse to not knowing the price and I told her they charge me 6.99 unless I get avocado something that is up on the board that is extra which is fine but she wanted to charge me more just because I got almost all the veggies when it’s almost the same thing as a sub without the bread they were very rude about the whole situation these are hard times and i understand but this is publix and it is very unacceptable the amount of bad customer service I’ve gotten at the deli. I also let them know I was going to complain and they wanted to be nice after that but it was too late for that.

Great market, friendly helpful staff. I love shopping here. Their meat deli is fantastic.

Worst deli ever! Long wait, no communicationnabout how to place another order, and the staff was rude. There were 10 staff members,, but not one taking orders. Took over 20+ mins to finally get an order placed and one little meat cut. Other customers were also milling around, frustrated with the wait. We started chatting everyone agreed this was the most inefficient and slow Publix deli ever!

I just left the publix I always go to, and today's cashier (I hadn't seen her before) was so unpleasant, she put the ham in the same bag as the javon, when she took it out and told her not to put it together, she left it and continued attending to the next one, and I had to finish picking up my purchase and also hurry, ud83dude33

The manager didn’t like the manner in which I was wearing my mask. He yelled “Ma’am” at me SEVERAL times because he obviously is not educated and declared that I wear my mask above my nose. I said no because I have respiratory issues and the way I wear my mask is more than enough. He asked that I leave the store. I left. HOWEVER, if he is SO concerned over masks the same concern should be expressed over six foot distancing. The produce section was SLAMMED and the store itself was FULL of people. Definitely NOT operating at 50% capacity, more like 100%. People were not adhering to the directional arrows on the floor and there was no one monitoring the influx of people coming in and out of the store. RIDICULOUS. But yes, kick out the healthy 25 year old who isnt wearing her mask the 2 extra centimeters up on her face. A JOKE.
