The best! Unbelievably helpful customer service. It is so necessary to have professional advice and opinions to help pick the right fixtures.

Not very customer oriented here. Ordered an outdoor porch light and it took 3 weeks to get here. Researched and found they ordered it from Acclaim Lighting out of Georgia. In today’s competitive world with fast shipping who takes that long anymore??? I Could have waited that long for me to get it directly from China. At least it was not plastic. I’ll revisit my rating after the install is completed.

They have such an incredible selection. At night, when you drive by it looks like magic inside. If you need a lamp they have tons of cool styles. Check this place out.

The selection is limited and dated, and the store doesn't have a pleasant smell. Truly disappointing given the store location in Dadeland.

Visited not too long ago and made several purchases for several thousands of dollars.nin the shop, all was well. Not the best customer service but neither the worst.nthey promised to call me the day after my purchase to confirm the delivery date.nNo call. after 3 days i called and they apologized, saying my phone was off (untrue). Anywho, they confirm the delivery in 2 more days.nni asked my wife to stay home that day as Pego couldn't confirm the exact time (which is normal and fair). However, that same day they called saying they couldn't deliver because 1 item didn't arrived. Delivery was postponed the day after.nnthe famous day arrived, they delivered the purchases.nthere was a box, with Pego logo, and inside it, another box with the Amazon logo and an address on it for an unknown lady. however, inside the box there was one of the two lights ordered (a set out of many).nbut no trace of the second one that i purchased with it.ni called the shop and explained: first i got a box that probably wasn't for me, second, a light was missing.nThey apologized for the mistake and they promise to call me back. to this day nobody ever called.nit's annoying how people paint their selves as professionals and they take advantage of good faith of people. i still have to purchase tons of lights and chendelier. This was just a test purchase. which Pego miserably failed.nadvice: don't buy here. you can find exact same products at exact same price in a million shop in the area. ... without the headache !nwhoever got my lamp: enjoy it.
