Took my daughter in for a Jr. High haircut and the stylist did such a great job, cutest edgy bob ever! They were covid compliant, very clean and they honored our appointment time, no wait. Great salon experience.
Came in 30 minutes before close to get a little boys haircut and the lady refused to cut his hair cause she had an appointment at 450 and didn't have time in the 20 minutes to do it. She was playing on her phone and just being lazy. Worst experience ever.
I asked for a trim and my layers to be cleaned up a bit since they grew out some. it ended up very crooked and when i asked for it to be fixed i was given very passive aggressive treatment and two inches ended up being chopped off. I have very short hair so this was devastating to me, especially since I had just dyed it. I do not recommend getting your hair cut with their older staff.
I was told they didn't have time for a walk in appointment 30 minutes before closing time, for an infants hair cut. Only one person working and no other customers.
Aren't very friendly, and they fee you an additional $3.50 for a covid cleaning fee which is BS. They should really be cleaning like that all the time anyway.
