Auburn Station - Bay 1

Surly security staff (volunteers?) make catching the bus/train here an unpleasant experience.

One of the transit locations that obviously a lot of money was spent to look nice but very little thought had to have taken place for the commuters. If you're not familiar with the place you can miss you bus or train for lack of easy to see directions or easy to understand bus notes. Public transit should always be set as though your car broke down and you are late for work and you need nothing but simplicity once you decide to give away more hard earned money.

Bay 3 and 4 are backwards on Google maps. Would give zero stars if I could
