9/3/2020 - Have a January 2021 cruise booked with NCL that I would like to change to 2022 but since I booked through this agency, NCL cannot make any changes to the reservation. All email's bounce back and phone numbers don't work. I know this has been a very hard year for everyone in the cruise industry but I am very disappointed that after 15 years of using this agency there is not at least a courtesy call to their clients that they are closing so that the reservation can be released.
Their phones are not working, their emails are not working. Not sure if they are in business anymore
I booked an Alaska cruise tour with South Beach Cruises and it was Perfect!
