I’ve been coming to this Publix since the first day they open, I live in West Miami.nThis Publix was the best, you could find a lot of the items you were looking for. Ever since March 2020, it lacks the customer service I was accustomed to . Many times I order items on line to pick up and many times they are not ready and when they are I get the wrong item, I get turkey for ham,etc. most of the nice people I was used to are not there anymore and the new ones are very lost with not the best attitude. It’s really sad and bad.
