Initially I was excited to get my brows done here. I drove from another state. Going in to the appointment, she told me she would map it out and picked the color. Honestly I had no say. I looked in the mirror at the outline and said it was really big. Instead of asking how to change it she kept convincing me it would look good. I then told her I didn’t want a big bold brow and I didn’t want it the same thickness across the whole brow. She said she follows the natural brow line and it wouldn’t be thick. SHE DREW ABOVE MY NATURAL BROW LINE AND IT IS VERY THICK. also it hurt the whole time. She put numbing on but it didn’t do anything. I felt everything. Not to mention she had me fill out a form that asked if I was allergic to anything in the numbing cream AFTER she put the cream on. The whole time it felt like she didn’t listen to me but did what she thought would look best. I couldn’t explain what I wanted or show her what I wanted because she just kept saying it would look good. I do not recommend her because she will do whatever shape she thinks looks best. My eyebrows are way too wide and now it’s stuck like that. Also it felt way too quick - it took 30 minutes. She should have taken much longer on the consultation to figure out what I really wanted and listened when I said I didn’t want big brows. We tried t talk to her about it and she said i dont know what to say because she approved the mapping. But it was because she kept convincing me it would not look big. She does NOT LISTEN. EXTREMELY disappointed. **UPDATE** she blocked us on social media and got sassy with us when we were telling her what the problem was.

I was nervous about getting my brows done but decided to go for it anyways and I’m so glad I did! I waited to do my review so I could make sure I could give an honest one. I got them done a year ago and they’ve stayed beautiful and natural. I didn’t want to have the eyebrows that everyone knew were microbladed or even filled in and mine aren’t. I’ve actually had people tell me that I have super perfect eyebrows and then they are shocked when I tell them they are microbladed. Courtney is super nice and the salon is clean and inviting. I’ll be doing my 1 year touch up soon and I can’t wait!
