Kitchen And Decor Center

After somebody recommended Kitchen & Decor, I inquired about a replacing a kitchen countertop. Despite 7 (!) follow-ups via email, website and phone, no response at all. I am glad I found out before I started a project with this company - very unprofessional and unreliable.

I scheduled an appointment with Monica on February 4, 2021 for the first available appointment she had on February 9, to get an estimate for a kitchen island. She asked me to send her a picture of my kitchen cabinets that I would like matched to the island. I promptly sent her this picture. On February 9, Monica did not show up for the appointment and when I called she told me for the first time that she did not think she could match the cabinets and therefore never put the appointment in her calendar. Very unprofessional. I am glad we found out early on what type of business this is and avoided putting any money down for a deposit.

Monica and Staff were great, they had great suggestions and had all the cabinet details ready to go. Closed the deal on our dream kitchen; wife is happy!!

Kitchen & Decor Center is a small, family-run business that did a wonderful job on our kitchen remodel at a very reasonable price. Monica is the designer and her husband Roberto is the general contractor who oversees the work crews. Prior to finding Kitchen & Decor Center, we had approached two other firms, but neither firm was able to come up with an acceptable design. It was as if they were trying to fit us into their cookie-cutter vision of what the kitchen should look like, rather than listening to us and designing what we wanted.nnConversely, Monica worked with us in designing exactly the kitchen that we wanted. After listening to us describe what we were looking for, she put together a design presentation, including 3D drawings. She managed to do what other firms said was impossible given our space limitations. After a couple of modifications, we accepted the proposed design and then the demo work began the following week. Not only was the design to our liking, but the materials picked out by Monica were exquisite. We receive compliments from everyone who comes over to our house.nnThe entire project from demo to installation took about three weeks, not counting a slight delay in completion of the finishing touches due to suspension of work in this Spring due to the coronavirus quarantine. Both Monica and Roberto were always available to answer any questions or concerns that arose during the process, both by phone and by email.

AMAZING! My husband and I hired Roberto and Monica for a full house remodel. Our house is approx. 1,000 sqft and the remodel included a new kitchen, new bathroom, skim coating, painting, floor removal and installation. Additionally, we purchased our kitchen cabinets from their store, Kitchen and Decor, and we could not be happier with them! Not only were they economical, but are beautiful, durable, and have soft close technology. We also purchase our wood-look tiles through them and the tiling is one of our favorite parts of the house! This full project only took ONE month! They have a great team and are very thorough. They also made sure we were aware of any recommendations or additional work that needed to be performed. The price for any change order was communicated to us and approved before work was performed. Finally, they were very prompt with any communications. We are so excited to move into our newly remodeled home and cannot thank the Kitchen and Decor team enough!
