It's a nice place. Great atmosphere. They could be a little more accommodating. I wanted to add another 30 minutes to my massage and they had been told in advance but, did not allow the time for it. They had someone booked right after my 30 minutes.

For my birthday this year I decided I wanted a spa day. Never had one before and as I’m 27 now I wanted a treat! So I booked a 30 minute massage, flash facial, spa mani pedi, and a haircut and style. Overall the experience was very relaxing! The massage (my first one ever) did wonders for my back! Wish I remembered her name because I totally recommend her! The pedicure was good but in the past they’ve done a hot towel wrap around the ankles and stretch them out a little, the girl who did mine didn’t do the hot towel, and the hot towel is my favorite part and she only scrubbed my heals no were else on my feet. The same girl did my facial! The facial was awesome! Very relaxing and no complaints. Then we moved to the manicure! I ended up going with the shellac. She did the salt scrub and lotion before she did my nails which I felt wasn’t correct, but then she proceeded to prep my nails. When doing shellac I guess you’re suppose to use a drill to file the nails, she only used a normal hand file and only filed the top of the nails and it was more of a buff. My nails looked great by the end and I was happy with everything including my haircut by Sydney. The girl that did my manicure told me that if the nails start peeling or anything within the first week for me to come back in and get them fixed which I thought was very kind of her. I paid + tip and left. This was Wednesday, by Friday morning both my thumbs were peeling off. So after work I went in on my way home and asked if they could be fixed. The receptionist was very nice and understanding and they happened to have a girl free that could fix them! Again I wish I remembered her name but she was very friendly! The plan was to just fix the thumbs, but after her seeing them she offered to go ahead a redo them all! I thought that was awesome! So she ended up redoing them all for me. If there was a way I could take tips away from the girl who originally did them and give them to the girl I would! The only thing I’d recommend is for Leilani Salon and Spa is to train all able staff on how to do the Manicures and Pedicures the same as the other person. In the past I’ve had great experiences and this one was also great but the girl who originally did my Mani Pedi, I just felt like she didn’t totally know exactly what she was suppose to do/order she was suppose to do it in other than prep the nails and paint them. But overall! It was still a great experience! Not terrible enough that I won’t come here again, I may just ask for more experienced staff. I still love the environment and I’ll be back! :)
