Since my first class I've been hooked! They offer so many different type of classes from hot yoga to meditation. The instructors are always so eager and willing to answer any questions about your practice. Shanti Yoga Roots is the absolute hidden gem in Cache Valley.
Yoga instructors are both amazing & talented. And the environment is so welcoming and nonjudgmental. Just all around a wonderful place to relax, unwind, and/or get a good workout out in.

I have stepped into many yoga studios over the years but none have been as welcoming, friendly, comfortable, and peaceful as Shanti Yoga Roots. I am so happy to have found this place upon moving to Logan and that Heather has brought her love for yoga to Cache Valley. The teachers all embody grace, love, acceptance and compassion. Some say yoga is life changing, I say it is life saving.
Absolutely amazing place! I happened upon this studio while on a work trip in Logan and ended up having one of the best nights/practices of my life here. I enjoyed the first class so much that I stayed for the hot core flow immediately after! I'd never done two classes back to back anywhere, but I just didn't want to leave! The space has a wonderful energy and left me more relaxed than I've ever felt in my life. I'll definitely be making another trip back to Logan just for Shanti Roots!
