They keep you on hold for 20-30 minutes with automated messages literally playing every 12-14.5 seconds telling you how great the company is. Either hire more people to answer calls quicker or increase the time between these automated messages because I now have a migraine.

Terrible experience. They keep no records of your conversations, I have called over 3 times to have a prescription switched to pick up locally as they advised they could not deliver due to weather. They LIED and told us they checked with our local pharmacy and they confirmed they had it. These are delicate medications that need to be administered at an specific time and we don’t have the luxury to pick another pharmacy.nIf we are stuck working with you, try to do better for your customers. This is unacceptable.

SMP have the best prices around, by far. Their customer service team is phenomenal & extremely knowledgeable. As busy as they are, they don’t ever act like they are too busy to get you taken care of and will spend as much time on the phone as needed to get the transaction completed. I’ve worked with about a dozen of specialty pharmacies and SMP takes the cake!

The Best pharmacy ever! I know it's wierd to say it about pharmacy and I wish everyone to stay health with no need of medication but this place always answer the phone quickly with great energy ready to help with pleasure I ordered my meds from them and always get help from Elizabeth and Camila and they are super nice and efficient treat me very well and very helpful so as they do ther job very nicely I decided to take a minute and dedicate that review for Elizabeth and Camila thank you so much it is very important that you treat your costumer with a smile I really appreciate all your helpnThank younThank younAnd again thank you !

I received calls from the pharmacy that my medicine was ready and when I got to the pharmacy for pick up, they never knew anything about it. This went on for a year... I do not recommend their service.nnUPDATE November 24th, 2020nThe reply that was made by the pharmacy is totally inaccurate!!! This is even worse. Every time I heard the voicemail with the message of the medicine being ready, I called, confirmed that it was there, and OH surprise, when I got there, the medicine was not. This didn't happen just once. It happened for a FULL YEAR and a HALF. It is irresponsible that you pretend you acted rightfully when you did not. The people that talk on the phone were not always professional, and the people that helped me in the pharmacy once there, were really embarrassed that the medicine was either not there or not ready after I had received the call on the SAME DAY. I never ever took more than a day to pick up once I heard the message. But no worries, you are in Doral and happily, I use Coconut Grove Pharmacy again, which is reliable, cordial and responsible.
