I'm not sure what kind of pharmacy this is, butnI thought people are suppose to call/set up when they want or need a prescription, but this company has delivered twice to my home without my knowledge. Yes, my allergist gave me a sample of the prescription and put the prescription in for me at this pharmacy, but I have never called to set it up for delivery, so I don't know why they keep delivering it to me. It's not a safe method cause when they deliver it...they leave it on porch.

Always excellent service. SMP Pharmacy Solutions: Retail & Specialty informs me when my prescriptions are coming due and asks me when is the best time to drop off my medicine. Their delivery staff are friendly and polite. When I left a message asking them if I could return an inhaler because I couldn't figure out how to administer it, a pharmacist called and explained it clearly. I'm very happy with SMP Pharmacy Solutions: Retail & Specialty.

I have been using this pharmacy since 2016 for fertility. This week FedEx messed up my overnight delivery (delivered it to the wrong house, couldn't track it down) and I absolutely needed it the next day. I called them in a panic, and they sent out a replacement for delivery before noon the next day at no cost. They called to follow up with me, and were so understanding and nice. I know fertility meds are so expensive, so it felt great to get such wonderful service on a lost package that cost us hundreds of dollars. Will continue to be a customer!

The medication was ordered by my doctor and after 2 days I still waiting for the delivery.nInitially a call the same day to p/up the medication my self, they told was not ready we are going to delivery the next day ... I wait for the delivery and after calls after calls and they telling is on the way will be delivery before 10:00 pm ... guess what nothing.nI call ext day to the doctors office in order to transfer the medication to my regular pharmacy ( that bye I have no idea why they changed) and they told m something about this people are the only one to provide the medication (be honest I don’t think is the real reason.. must be the some kind of deal to charge more to the insurance). Anyway the contact the delivery pharmacy and the answers was the driver forgot to deliver the medication!!!!nI’m going to make sure non of my doctors use this service.
