This is absolutely the worst. I had been in line for almost 2 hours to get a COVID test, each car takes between 20-30min to get attended. Why such a lack of customer service? Why does it take so long?

This is literally the worst pharmacy. Drive through is never open, queue is always about a 30-60 min wait. The employees have absolutely no sense of urgency. I have unfortunately had to come here a few times to pick up medication and service is always horrendous.

Wait time for the pharmacy is really bad because they have this really nice lady working the counter all by herself . Cvs really needs to hire more staff . I suggest coming here early if you want your prescriptions.
