God forbid you need customer service if something doesn’t dispense or you a refund! Good luck! Terrible service, no one to talk to and never answers back! It’s going on almost 2 months and several messages cuz that’s all u can do is leave messages! Will never use. Not for masks anyway! And there’s a hidden fee of 1.50 for each purchase apparently. If this gets your attention at some point try emailing me or calling me. Left my email and number several times with your messenger people.

Just installed in my school UNCC. It didn't give me my product and their customer service wasn't responsive.

Great tool for the location. But some items are gone fast. I suggest to place more item with more demand on the shelf.
